Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

We want people in this program because they're ready, not because a sale deadline pushed them in. Here's exactly where you stand if you change your mind.

1. Enrollment Commitment

Enrollment in our programs is a commitment to participate in a live, cohort-based educational experience. Because spaces are limited and resources are allocated in advance for each participant, all purchases are final except as expressly set out in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation Before Your Program Begins

You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided your cohort has not yet started and you have not accessed any course recordings, downloadable materials, or other paid digital content. Once you've accessed course materials, recordings, or other digital content, your refund may be reduced or unavailable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Once Your Program Has Begun

Once your program begins, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, a change in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to complete the program. You will continue to have access to the program components included in your enrollment, per our Terms & Conditions.

4. Part II: Amazon Initiation

The Amazon initiation is optional and priced separately from your Part II enrollment — it is not included in the Part II course price. The initiation costs approximately €2,000–€3,000 per participant, covering a 7–10 day in-person journey, and requires a minimum of 10 confirmed participants to proceed.

Because this component involves third-party costs — travel, accommodation, and ceremony arrangements with indigenous wisdom keepers — that are committed on your behalf once booked, payments toward the initiation are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or as set out below.

If a scheduled departure does not reach the minimum of 10 participants, SDC will offer anyone who has paid toward that departure a full refund of their initiation payment or the option to transfer to the next scheduled departure.

Cancellation terms specific to your individual participation in the initiation, separate from the minimum-participant condition above, are detailed in the separate consent and booking agreement for that component.

5. Recordings and Materials

You receive access to recordings, downloadable materials, and other digital resources as part of your enrollment. Access to these resources constitutes delivery of digital content under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Payment Plans

If you've selected a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation, or completion of the program, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7. Exceptions

We understand life happens. If a genuine emergency prevents you from participating, contact us at hello@sacreddeathcollective.com — refund and deferral requests outside this policy are considered case by case, at our discretion.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Where you're entitled to cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under consumer protection law in your country of residence — including distance selling regulations for EU/EEA participants — those rights apply in full.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@sacreddeathcollective.com with your name and order details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method. For any other questions about cancellations or refunds, reach us at the same address.
